Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years in technology operations.
• Developing understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, security, compliance, and risk management.
• Experience with technology governance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and drive improvements to technology services and workflows.
• Analyze data to assess health, lifecycle, and readiness of technology components.
• Perform root-cause analysis and suggest workflow enhancements.
• Identify recurring issues, propose design-level runbook improvements.
• Evaluate trends and risks to influence operations and strategy.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve scalability and compliance.
• Assess lifecycle status and optimize cost-effective operations.
• Collaborate with vendors and adjacent teams to validate changes.
• Follow incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
