Job summary

Truist Wealth seeks a Cloud Engineer to support adoption, governance, and enablement of enterprise cloud services across AWS and Azure. You will work with cloud engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, risk, and application teams to deliver secure, compliant cloud solutions.

Ideal candidates bring ServiceNow expertise, workflow automation, IT service management experience, and the ability to analyze technical challenges, assess risks, and propose scalable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience or equivalent education and software engineering training or work-related experience.
• In-depth knowledge of information systems with the ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices.
• Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, and maintains software components addressing defined requirements within an area.
• Implements features using established coding standards and patterns.
• Contributes to reliability, scalability, and performance via high-quality code and peer reviews.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on schedule.
• Troubleshoots and resolves defects and production issues with root-cause analysis.
• Participates in full SDLC from requirements to deployment and support.
• Applies secure coding practices and documentation standards for compliance.
• Leverages frameworks and tools to build and enhance applications.
