Job summary
Truist Financial Corporation seeks a Cloud Operations Analyst to drive enterprise cloud onboarding, governance, and continuous improvement across AWS and Azure. You will partner with business and technology teams to enable scalable, secure cloud adoption and optimize operations in a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years in technology operations and governance with cloud focus.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and risk/compliance concepts.
- Experience translating business needs into actionable technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement of technology services.
- Analyze data to assess health and lifecycle status of components; escalate issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and propose design-level enhancements to tools and workflows.
- Develop dashboards, metrics, and reports to support decision-making.
- collaborate with product managers, engineers, cybersecurity, risk, and business stakeholders.
- Support cloud onboarding, modernization, governance, and enablement initiatives.
- Participate in incident management and disaster recovery planning.
