Job summary

You will convene governance sessions, report to senior stakeholders, and collaborate with the account team to identify upsell opportunities while safeguarding revenue and preventing churn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Project management certification is an advantage.
• Experience in SAP cloud operations or infrastructure is required.
• Experience managing large contracts across international teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP Private Cloud engagements for enterprise customers in the Northeast Market Unit.
• Manage full lifecycle from contract handover through renewal.
• Lead adoption conversations and track contract compliance.
• Ensure customers achieve contracted business outcomes and safeguard revenue.
• Run governance sessions and report to senior stakeholders.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with account teams.
