Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Cloud Technical Delivery Lead to drive successful Oracle Cloud implementations for North American clients. You will lead cross‑functional, onshore and offshore teams, manage workshops, and ensure delivery quality and customer satisfaction across ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX modules.

You will also guide architecture choices, oversee data migration and integrations, and contribute to sales pursuits with design and estimation input, while continuously improving delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Seasoned cloud delivery leader with strong SaaS and OCI/PaaS knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage on/offshore technical teams and deliver on time and on budget.
• Experience with client relationship management and workshops in cloud projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops on technical items and ensure quality processes.
• Track status, foresee risks, elevate and mitigate issues.
• Deliver technical scope on time and within budget for customers.
• Provide advisory guidance and maintain productive client relationships.
• Lead and mentor on‑shore and off‑shore cloud analysts and consultants.
