Job summary

AnswerThink is seeking an experienced SAP SD Lead/Director to head the Sales & Distribution practice for US clients. You will steer delivery, shape sales strategy, and manage key client relationships across order-to-cash, pricing, billing, and logistics, with hands-on functional work and leadership duties.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years SAP experience, 3–5 full SD implementations, and consulting delivery leadership.

Qualifications

3+ SAP SD end-to-end implementations.
1+ SAP Public Cloud implementation end-to-end.
Experience in consulting delivery and client engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee SAP SD module implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance to gather requirements and design solutions.
Drive pre-sales activities: scoping, proposals, demos, estimations.
Mentor and manage a team of SAP SD consultants.
Coordinate with ABAP/Basis teams for integrations.
Provide testing oversight and go-live support.
Track delivery metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Stay current with SAP SD innovations.
