Own SAP Private Cloud engagements for enterprise customers in Northeast Market Unit.
Manage full lifecycle from contract handover to renewal.
Lead adoption conversations and track contract compliance.
Run governance sessions and report to senior stakeholders.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive renewal readiness.
