Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, quality & safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience translating clinical and regulatory requirements into enterprise policies and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide AI and Epic technology assessments, including ambient documentation tools.
- Define evaluation frameworks addressing patient safety, quality, and regulatory alignment.
- Collaborate with clinical, informatics, and governance teams to align policy with Epic functionality.
- Provide policy expertise during workflow redesign and adoption activities.
- Deliver executive updates on status, risks, and decisions needed.
