Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager in Clinical Informatics to drive enterprise policy development and workflow standardization across care settings. You will coordinate policy, audit, and technology evaluation efforts, including AI-enabled Epic tools, with strong cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires five years in clinical informatics or healthcare technology assessment, a Bachelor's degree, and preferably a Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience is required.
• Clinician is preferred, but not required.
• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and govern enterprise clinical workflow policies aligned with enterprise requirements across care settings.
• Translate clinical, operational, and regulatory needs into clear EHR-enabled policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across care settings for policy accuracy and adoption.
• Support workflow standardization and assess impact on policies and standards.
• Lead enterprise-wide assessment of AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related platforms.
