Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise clinical policy development and workflow standardization across care settings. You will coordinate clinical informatics, policy, Quality & Safety, and Epic teams to ensure policy alignment with clinical practice and enterprise standards.

The role focuses on AI-enabled Epic tools, audits, and enterprise technology assessment, delivering clear guidance to stakeholders and driving adoption while maintaining patient safety and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise clinical EHR policy development, maintenance and governance across care settings.
• Translate requirements into clear EHR-enabled policies for consistent implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, applicable and adhered to.
• Support workflow standardization initiatives and assess impact on policies and standards.
• Lead AI & Epic technology assessments, including ambient documentation tools, with a framework for patient safety and clinical quality.
• Provide cross-functional collaboration with clinical leaders, governance, privacy, security, and finance.
• Deliver executive updates and manage stakeholder relationships.
