Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Senior Enterprise Policy Lead for Clinical Informatics to own policy development, governance, and EHR-enabled workflows across care settings. You will collaborate with clinical, operational, and Epic teams to ensure safety, regulatory alignment, and consistent policy execution.

The role requires 5+ years in clinical informatics or healthcare policy, a bachelor's degree, and focus on patient safety and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, maintenance, governance, and implementation of enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards across care settings.
• Translate clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable EHR-enabled policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across care settings to ensure content is accurate and adherent.
• Partner with Epic stakeholders to support workflow standardization and policy reflection of approved workflows and safety requirements.
• Assess impact of proposed workflow changes on policies and recommend updates.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment to reflect approved workflows across care settings.
• Provide policy expertise during workflow redesign, implementation, and adoption activities.
• Monitor and evaluate implemented workflow changes for policy adherence.
