Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise clinical EHR policy development and standardization, coordinating with Epic,Quality & Safety, and enterprise EHR leadership. You will drive policy clarity, workflow alignment, and AI tool evaluations to improve patient safety and care quality.

The role requires five years in clinical informatics or healthcare technology assessment, with a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience is required.
Clinician is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise clinical EHR policy development, maintenance, governance, and implementation across care settings.
Translate requirements into clear, actionable, EHR-enabled policies implemented consistently.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content is accurate and applicable across care settings.
Support workflow standardization with stakeholders to reflect policy, safety, and operational needs.
Lead AI and Epic technology assessments, including ambient documentation tools and related platforms.
Provide policy expertise during workflow redesign, implementation, and adoption activities.
