Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Clinical Informatics to lead policy development, workflow standardization, and AI/EPIC technology assessment across care settings. You will partner with clinical leadership, Quality & Safety, Privacy, Legal, and Epic analysts to align policy with practice, ensure patient safety, and drive enterprise-wide improvements.

A Bachelor's degree is required with five years of experience in clinical informatics or healthcare technology.

Qualifications

• Five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience required.
• Clinician is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards across care settings.
• Translate requirements into actionable EHR-enabled policies for consistent implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and applicability across care settings.
• Partner with clinical, operational, informatics, and Epic stakeholders on workflow standardization and policy alignment.
• Assess impact of workflow changes on policies and standards and recommend updates.
• Provide policy expertise during workflow redesign, implementation, and adoption activities.
• Monitor adherence to policy requirements after changes are deployed.
