Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead Enterprise Policy, AI & Epic technology assessment and cross-functional policy initiatives within a fast-growing healthcare IT environment.

You will collaborate with clinical operations, Quality & Safety, Privacy, and Epic stakeholders to translate requirements into policy, govern workflows, and drive adoption, with executive reporting and change management support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience.
• Clinician is preferred, but not required.
• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, maintenance, governance, and implementation of enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards across care settings.
• Translate clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable EHR-enabled policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across care settings during policy development and maintenance.
• Partner with clinical, operational, informatics, and Epic stakeholders to support workflow standardization and reflect approved workflows.
• Provide policy expertise during workflow redesign, implementation, and adoption activities.
• Executive-level reporting on status, risks, and decisions.
• Change management and adoption to embed policies in Epic workflows.
