Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise clinical policy development and workflow standardization within an IT ecosystem. You will coordinate across clinical operations, Quality & Safety, Epic teams, and enterprise leadership to ensure policies align with approved workflows and enterprise standards.

The role also drives evaluation of AI-enabled Epic capabilities, including ambient tools, and monitors impact on patient safety, clinical quality, and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in clinical informatics, enterprise policy or healthcare technology assessment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise policy development and governance for clinical workflow and EHR configurations.
• Coordinate with clinical operations, Quality & Safety, and Epic teams to align policies with workflows.
• Evaluate AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related technologies across the enterprise.
• Provide cross-functional collaboration and executive reporting on policy, audit, and technology initiatives.
• Support change management to embed policies within Epic workflows and ensure adoption.
