CVS Health is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Clinical Informatics to lead policy development, workflow standardization, and AI-enabled Epic technology assessment across care settings.

You will partner with clinical operations, Quality & Safety, Patient Safety, Privacy, Compliance, Legal, and IT stakeholders to ensure policy clarity, audit readiness, and alignment with enterprise standards while guiding change management and adoption of Epic workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment.
• Clinician is preferred, but not required.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own enterprise clinical EHR policy development and maintenance across care settings.
• Lead policy standardization and ensure alignment with approved workflows and safety requirements.
• Lead enterprise AI & Epic technology assessment including ambient tools.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders, Privacy, Compliance, Legal, IT, and governance bodies to ensure policy and workflow alignment.
• Provide executive reporting and stakeholder engagement on policy, audit findings, and adoption of Epic workflows.
