Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a highly motivated professional with life sciences experience in Clinical Data. You will drive product communication and champion customer success for our Clinical Data Management applications, Veeva EDC and Veeva DQS, working closely with customers in India and across the globe.

As part of the global Product Expert team, you will engage with customers, represent the Product organization in meetings and forums, and promote education about new capabilities.

Qualifications

• Life sciences industry experience, ideally in Clinical Data Management.
• Experience with or interest in Veeva EDC and/or Veeva DQS is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster engaged Users Communities; engage with customers in forums to promote product adoption and value.
• Represent the Product organization in customer meetings, online communities, and industry events.
• Drive value through release education and promotion of product capabilities.
• Relay customer needs and industry learnings to US-based Product Management to inform product decisions.
