Job summary

2X is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager (Sr. CSM) to lead a portfolio of enterprise accounts, focusing on client health, stakeholder engagement, and value realization.

You will partner with Client Partners to align objectives with actionable impact opportunities using the 2X value framework. You will maximize client success by supporting relationships, translating insights into action, and mentoring junior team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of client success, project management, or marketing operations experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate onboarding and delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Strong command of KPIs and marketing platform workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of accounts focusing on satisfaction, delivery health, and retention.
• Support Client Partners on strategic accounts by owning assigned work streams and services.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, client communications, timelines, and reporting.
• Monitor metrics and surface risks or opportunities for client partners.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and ensure alignment to expectations.
• Evolve internal processes and playbooks to support scale.
• Represent client voice in delivery conversations and progress forums.
• Identify signals to unlock new value creation and growth.
