Job summary

Broadridge BPO is seeking a Client Management Manager to join our team in Newark, New Jersey. You will manage existing client relationships and help develop new offerings to grow revenue, serving as a trusted advisor and primary contact for inquiries.

You will lead governance, coordinate with finance/legal teams, and drive data-driven insights using PowerBI and MS Office to support strategic decisions. Travel to clients is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field required; advanced degree a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience in relationship management or business development in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients.
• Act as primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
• Prepare and deliver strategic presentations and client reports.
• Manage existing client relationships, including governance and contracts.
• Collaborate with Finance, Billing, Legal and service teams to meet obligations.
• Lead client projects and provide client analytics support.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.
• Drive pipeline opportunities to grow revenue.
