Job summary

Broadridge BPO is seeking a Client Management Manager to join our Newark, New Jersey team in a hybrid role. You will manage existing client relationships, explore new revenue streams, and coordinate with Finance, Billing, Legal, and other service teams.

Youll lead client projects, analyze metrics, deliver strategic presentations, and ensure high client satisfaction while aligning client needs with Broadridge solutions. Some travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in relationship management or business development within financial services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and act as a trusted advisor.
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver strategic presentations and client reports to reinforce Broadridges value proposition.
