You will build strong client relationships and coordinate with operational teams and subcontractors to deliver against client requirements.

In this role you will manage project schedules, risks, scope, and budgets, while identifying opportunities for growth and supporting contract extensions across assigned accounts.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in client relationship management, account support, or service delivery.
• Ability to coordinate work across teams and keep track of schedules, risks, scope, and budgets.
• Experience monitoring service performance, working with metrics, or preparing reports.

• Manage project schedules, risks, scope of work, and budgets.
• Make sure operational teams and subcontractors understand client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing day-to-day advice and support.
• Promote the organization’s capabilities and identify sales opportunities to refer to account managers.
• Support contract extensions and additional business within assigned accounts.
• Establish consistent processes for reviewing service metrics and reporting.
• Manage contracts that may vary in duration, value, and strategic importance.
