Job summary

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing day-to-day support, guidance, and proactive communication.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to extend contracts.
• Collaborate with account managers to highlight growth opportunities and support business development.
• Establish and maintain processes to review service performance, generate reports, and capture client feedback.
• Assist with administrative and coordination tasks vital to ensuring seamless service operations.
