Job summary

Go.AI in Chicago offers a full-time hybrid or remote Enterprise Client Advisory Account Associate role, serving as the day-to-day partner for enterprise accounts with complex, regulated environments.

You will own onboarding across departments, map data sources, and coordinate with IT, security, and governance teams to ensure production readiness and adoption. You’ll build executive-level training and lead quarterly business reviews with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in client services, consulting, account management, or implementation for enterprise or regulated clients.
• Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements through to delivery.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-facing communication.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a small number of enterprise accounts.
• Develop deep working knowledge of each client's business, regulatory environment, and systems.
• Partner to identify AI use cases, document requirements, and map data sources.
• Lead onboarding across departments and coordinate rollout with competing priorities.
• Manage deployment timelines and production readiness with client IT and security teams.
• Build and deliver role-specific training for varied audiences.
• Track adoption, run structured feedback cycles, and translate input into product requests.
• Triage and elevate technical issues and own resolution through closure.
• Prepare and lead recurring business reviews with stakeholders.
