Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking an experienced Client-Facing AI Advisory Consultant to partner with client leadership and drive AI-driven transformations. You will bridge business objectives with AI capabilities, shaping strategy, developing business cases, and guiding adoption from concept through execution.

Based onsite in a client-facing role, you will collaborate with executives and engineering teams to ensure delivery of scalable AI solutions while embedding Responsible AI guardrails and governance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in consulting, technology strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise delivery leadership roles.
• Experience leading enterprise AI or digital transformation initiatives in client-facing environments.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI, Foundation Models, LLMs, AI solution architecture and enterprise AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and advise on high-value AI use cases and opportunities across the enterprise value chain.
• Develop AI adoption frameworks aligned with business objectives and governance.
• Guide clients on AI governance, risk management, and Responsible AI practices.
• Translate AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes and guide transformation journeys.
