Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting is a growing advisory firm delivering accounting and risk, technology-enabled transformation, and transactions solutions. You will join the Accounting Advisory practice as a trusted partner, bringing experience and collaboration to deliver tailored solutions while supported by leaders and a dedicated coach.

You will mentor colleagues, handle client communications, and help implement AI-enabled approaches that align with data protection and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA or CA certification preferred.
• Availability to work at client site or in office 3 days a week, with 2 days remote (hybrid environment).
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 30%. Travel varies based on client preferences.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting processes including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings.
• Prepare and review SEC filings and respond to comment letters.
• Oversee operational accounting improvements and efficiency.
• Implement new accounting standards and guidance as required.
• Communicate project findings and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with CrossCountry and client teams on business issues and solutions.
• Manage project administration including planning, budgeting, and billing.
• Mentor and develop team members; provide feedback and performance reviews.
• Contribute to AI-enabled solutions for clients and internal processes; stay informed on new AI tools.
