Covenant Transport, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Support Claims Coordinator to manage incident response and claims for enterprise personnel and assets.

The role ensures hazmat and security shipments are dispatched in compliance with internal policies and government regulations. Responsibilities include incident intake, documenting claims, DOT/BAT screenings, security briefings for high-value shipments, and coordination with operations, safety, and driver support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in a high-volume call center preferred.
• Spanish language skills preferred (written and spoken).
• Experience with RMIS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform claim intake for incidents/accidents involving Enterprise Personnel and Assets with documentation in internal systems.
• Adhere to Enterprise Accident Response Policies and Procedures (including Workers Compensation).
• Ensure DOT post-accident drug and alcohol screening per Federal DOT and company requirements.
• Complete security briefings for high-value shipments and monitor during transit.
• Support dispatching of Hazardous Material shipments with required paperwork and permits.
• Maintain communications with operations, safety, driver support, and warehouse teams.
• Assist with ongoing personnel training and onboarding of new team members.
• Handle highly sensitive incidents with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Work overtime as needed to support the team and Enterprise.
