Job summary

EASE Logistics Services LLC is seeking a Claims Specialist to receive, consolidate, and manage claims documentation (photos, bills of lading, PODs, delivery receipts). You will track claim status, request payments, provide updates to carriers and customers, and monitor deadlines.

This 100% on-site role in Ohio requires coordinating with operations and onboarding new carriers, verifying insurance, authority, and safety ratings, and maintaining carrier profiles.

Qualifications

• Gather, organize and consolidate documents for claims efficiently.
• Communicate clearly via phone, email, and written documentation.
• Maintain accuracy, meet deadlines, and ensure compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, consolidate claims documentation including photos, bills of lading, PODs, and delivery receipts.
• Maintain detailed records and track claim status.
• Request and track payment for claims credits/debits.
• Provide updates to carriers and customers and meet deadlines.
• Vet carriers, verify insurance, coverage, authority, and safety ratings.
• Build and maintain carrier profiles; run compliance reports.
• Act as liaison to operations for onboarding and compliance verification.
• Split time between ACA and Claims teams as needed.
• Support public reputation management on industry review platforms.
