Job summary

Sedgwick is hiring a Remote Operations Dispatch Coordinator in Georgia to accurately route and assign claims and tasks within the claims management system. You will support temporary housing colleagues by ensuring timely workflow distribution and clear communication with carriers, adjusters, and internal partners.

Responsibilities include setting up new claims, entering data, reviewing documentation, and escalating issues to leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• PC literate with Microsoft Office products.
• Analytical and interpretative skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to review documentation thoroughly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up and assign new claims, tasks and requests in the claims management system.
• Enter and review claims data for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with carriers, adjusters or internal partners to obtain required information.
• Monitor and route assignments to ensure timely progression of claim activity.
• Support housing coordinators with accurate information during setup and assignment.
