AHEAD is seeking a Senior Consultant - Advisory who will lead and manage onsite client engagements, coordinating advisory and delivery talent to drive successful outcomes. The role emphasizes senior leadership, client relationship development, and day-to-day project execution across multiple workstreams.

Candidates should have seven+ years as a technology leader and three+ years in executive consulting, with strong communication skills and a business-minded approach.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years as a senior technology leader.
• Three+ years of executive technology consulting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to translate client needs into delivery strategies.
• Ability to solve complex, abstract problems and connect with diverse personalities.
• Executive presence and capability to mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sections of strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops.
• Lead technical project teams to deliver consulting offerings onsite.
• Drive objectives, gather requirements, manage tasks, milestones, and timelines.
• Present deliverables to client executive management.
• Develop and sustain client relationships throughout engagements.
