Recru is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead the people side of enterprise technology changes across multiple programs. You will partner with executives to drive adoption, readiness, and sustainable outcomes, shaping governance, communications, and training strategies.

Qualifications

  • : 10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience in large-scale programs.
  • Proven ability to influence executives and stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience leading change across applications, ERP, digital transformation, cloud, data, or process modernization.
  • Experience developing executive communications, stakeholder strategies, readiness assessments, and adoption measurement programs.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the overall OCM strategy across a portfolio of technology and business transformation initiatives.
  • Develop integrated change plans covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption measurement.
  • Serve as the primary advisor to program leaders and executive sponsors on change-related risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with executive sponsors and business/technology leadership to create alignment and drive engagement.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments and influence strategies across multiple functions.
  • Facilitate leadership workshops, change champion networks, and executive readiness sessions.
  • Develop and execute enterprise communication strategies to create awareness, understanding, and commitment.
  • Create executive presentations, leadership messaging, town hall materials, and business-facing communications.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across programs and stakeholder groups.
  • Lead change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations; establish adoption milestones.
  • Oversee development of role-based training, learning programs, and performance support materials.
  • Partner with HR and L&D to drive user proficiency and readiness.
  • Develop dashboards and reports tracking adoption KPIs and business outcomes.

Job description

Lead the people side of change for a portfolio of enterprise technology initiatives across applications, business processes, and digital transformation programs. This individual will serve as the primary OCM leader, partnering with executive sponsors, program leadership, technology teams, and business stakeholders to drive adoption, organizational readiness, and sustained business outcomes.

What You'll Deliver:
  • Drive measurable adoption and business readiness across multiple technology initiatives through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and change leadership
Executive Alignment
  • Build strong sponsorship and leadership engagement to create organizational alignment, accelerate decision-making, and overcome resistance to change.
Sustainable Change Outcomes
  • Establish repeatable OCM frameworks, governance models, and adoption metrics that ensure changes are embedded and sustained long after implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Change Strategy

  • Facilitate leadership workshops, change champion networks, and executive readiness sessions.
Communications & Engagement
  • Develop and execute enterprise communication strategies that create awareness, understanding, and commitment.
  • Create executive presentations, leadership messaging, town hall materials, and business-facing change communications.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across programs and stakeholder groups.
Organizational Readiness & Adoption
  • Lead change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations.
  • Establish readiness criteria and adoption milestones for key initiatives.
  • Identify barriers to adoption and implement targeted interventions to improve outcomes.
Training & Enablement
  • Oversee development of role-based training, learning programs, job aids, and performance support materials.
  • Partner with business leaders, HR, and Learning & Development teams to drive user proficiency and readiness.
  • Ensure training strategies align with business objectives and transformation goals.
Measurement & Reporting
  • Define and track adoption KPIs, readiness metrics, stakeholder engagement indicators, and business outcomes.
  • Develop executive dashboards and reporting for steering committees and leadership teams.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine change strategies and improve adoption.
OCM Governance & Center of Excellence
  • Establish OCM standards, templates, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Mentor project teams and less experienced change practitioners.
  • Champion a scalable and repeatable approach to change management across the organization.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience supporting large-scale enterprise technology and business transformation programs.
  • Proven experience serving as the lead OCM resource for complex, cross-functional initiatives involving applications, ERP, digital transformation, cloud, data, or process modernization efforts.
  • Deep knowledge of OCM frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, CCMP, or equivalent methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executives, senior leaders, and key stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong experience developing executive communications, stakeholder strategies, readiness assessments, and adoption measurement programs.
  • Experience creating and presenting material to executive steering committees and senior leadership teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Big 4 consulting experience (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or comparable enterprise consulting background.
  • Experience supporting enterprise application implementations, digital transformation, ERP modernization, cloud migrations, or large-scale business process initiatives.
  • Prosci Certification, CCMP, or equivalent OCM credentials.
  • Experience building or contributing to an OCM Center of Excellence.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise PMO environments.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or adoption analytics platforms.
