Job summary

Energy Trust of Oregon seeks a Change Management Lead to drive the enterprise change management function within the PMO. You will develop and implement a standardized ADKAR-based framework, align with Executive Team, and ensure staff are informed, supported, and engaged through organizational transitions.

Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will build dashboards, govern standards, coach senior leaders, supervise practitioners, and coordinate with Organizational Development, Communications, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, business administration, human resources, or related field.
• Eight years’ experience leading complex organizational change initiatives, including changes to processes, systems, structures, or culture.
• PROSCI Change Management Certification required.
• PMO leadership experience and ability to coach senior leaders.
• Experience developing governance frameworks, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise change management strategy aligned with Executive Team’s vision for staff’s experience of change.
• Develop standards, governance, and dashboards for organization-wide change management practices.
• Coach leaders and sponsors to reinforce effective sponsorship behaviors and accountability.
• Oversee PMO change management practitioners and establish practice standards.
• Partner with Organizational Development, Communications, and People Services to integrate change initiatives.
