Encore Capital Group seeks an Organizational Change Manager to lead change management within the Organizational Effectiveness team. You will coach leaders, partner with Learning & Development, and drive a cultural transformation to boost employee engagement and overall organizational effectiveness.

You will design strategies blending PROSCI methods with agile practices, identify risks, and monitor progress using metrics to ensure successful adoption across the enterprise.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience leading change management initiatives in large, complex organizations.
Hands-on experience applying agile methodologies to organizational change programs.
Certification in change management (CCMP, Prosci, or equivalent) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coaching executives and teams on change management best practices.
Developing and delivering change management training with Learning & Development.
Leading governance structures and communities of practice for change.
