Energy Trust of Oregon is seeking a Change Management Lead to drive the enterprise change management function within the PMO. You will develop, implement and continuously improve a strategy that aligns with the executive vision for staff’s experience of change, ensuring employees feel informed, supported, equipped, engaged and recognized throughout organizational transitions.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in change management or related field.
• 8+ years leading complex organizational change initiatives across processes, systems, or culture.
• PROSCI Change Management Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of enterprise change management strategy aligned with executive vision.
• Establish standards, governance and dashboards for change management practices.
• Develop enterprise dashboards and reporting on readiness, adoption and change fatigue.
• Partner with Organizational Development, Communications and People Services for integration.
• Oversee PMO change management practitioners and mentor staff.
• Lead high-impact, complex enterprise initiatives with stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure integration between project plans and change plans; provide training alignment.
• Hire and develop change management talent; manage resource allocation.
