Job summary

Energy Trust of Oregon is seeking a Change Management Lead to guide enterprise change across the PMO, aligning with the Executive Team’s vision and staff experience. You will build dashboards, governance, and playbooks rooted in Prosci ADKAR, and lead a growing team of change practitioners.

You will partner with Organizational Development, Communications, and People Services to drive adoption, training, and leadership development in a dynamic nonprofit energy organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, business administration, human resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Eight years’ experience leading complex organizational change initiatives.
• PROSCI Change Management Certification required; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of enterprise change management strategy aligned with Executive Team’s vision.
• Establish standards, governance, dashboards and reporting for change management across the organization.
• Coach senior leaders and initiative sponsors on sponsorship behaviors and accountability.
• Oversee PMO change management practitioners and define performance expectations.
• Grow the change management capability and community of practice across the organization.
• Lead or guide high-impact, complex change initiatives with risk mitigation and adoption planning.
• Ensure integration with project management plans and coordination with Organizational Development and Communications.
