Job summary

Siemens Energy in the United States is seeking a Change Management Expert to lead people-side changes across multiple enterprise initiatives. You will establish standards, tools, and governance for change management and collaborate with Project Managers, executive sponsors, and leaders to deliver strategic transformations.

You will build capabilities, conduct readiness assessments, develop communications and training plans, coach leaders, measure adoption with KPIs, and help mitigate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years leading organizational change initiatives.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise-level projects with Project Managers.
• Proven success delivering large-scale enterprise transformations.
• Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Preferred: Prosci and PMP certifications; ERP/SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management strategies for multiple concurrent projects.
• Partner with Project Managers to integrate change management into initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder, impact, and organizational readiness assessments.
• Develop communication, engagement, and adoption plans.
• Coach sponsors, leaders, and managers through organizational change.
• Establish change management methodology, governance, templates, and playbooks.
• Measure adoption and change effectiveness through KPIs.
