Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking an Enterprise PMO Lead to establish and mature the EPMO across the enterprise transformation portfolio. You will own governance, delivery standards, portfolio visibility, and program execution discipline.

This build-and-run role requires standing up the EPMO function, defining its operating model, staffing the delivery team, and leading execution from day one with senior business and technology partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive program and project management experience.
• 2+ years in a PMO leadership or governance role.
• PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the EPMO operating model with governance, delivery methodology, and reporting cadence.
• Own portfolio governance, executive reporting, risk, and financial status to senior leadership.
• Lead and mentor the EPMO delivery team and manage cross-program dependencies.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and Operations to enable program delivery.
• Drive lessons-learned and continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.
