Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an Enterprise Change Manager to lead change management activities for priority initiatives, partnering with sponsors, project teams, and leaders to assess impacts and drive adoption.

The role emphasizes building relationships, delivering actionable guidance, and strengthening enterprise change capabilities across lines of business while advancing standard practices and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience supporting or leading change management.
• Experience with stakeholders across multiple groups and matrix environments.
• Strong consulting, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead change management activities for assigned initiatives and determine appropriate approach.
• Develop and execute fit-for-purpose change strategies aligned with the framework.
• Create stakeholder assessments, readiness analyses, communications plans, and adoption plans.
• Provide guidance to sponsors and leaders to drive change readiness and adoption.
• Monitor progress and adjust activities based on risks and feedback.
• Share lessons learned and develop scalable change practices across the enterprise.
