Job summary

You will design change plans, engage stakeholders, assess readiness, and drive communication, training, and adoption across departments.

With 5+ years in change management, you will champion best practices (ADKAR/Kotter) and measure outcomes to ensure long-term value realization for projects and programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management or organizational development supporting project delivery.
• Proficiency in ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Change Strategy Development: Design and implement change management plans aligned with goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships to foster buy-in and address concerns.
• Assessment and Analysis: Conduct impact assessments and readiness.
• Communication Planning: Create comprehensive plans for clear messaging.
• Training and Support: Support training programs and provide resources.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish metrics and adapt strategies.
