Job summary

WSP USA is seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead to drive people readiness, adoption, and sustainability across the US transformation portfolio.

The role partners with Transformation Project Manager to integrate change activities with delivery plans, assess impacts, and guide leadership sequencing based on capacity and readiness. Based in a WSP US office, this position leads stakeholder analysis, communications, and learning strategies to enable enterprise-wide change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, business, communications, human resources, or a related discipline is required.
• 12+ years of experience in organizational change management, transformation, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading change for complex cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Champion the transformation lifecycle approach by designing integrated change strategies for enterprise-wide transformations.
• Assess current and future states and impacts on people, roles, processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Identify risks in stakeholder readiness, adoption, and capability and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead organizational readiness assessments to ensure leaders and teams are prepared to adopt and sustain change.
• Coordinate change activities across multiple concurrent initiatives and align with delivery plans.
