Job summary

WSP is seeking a Transformation Project Delivery Director to lead the integrated delivery of complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives in the US. The role partners with the OCM Lead to incorporate stakeholder readiness and adoption into the delivery plan, ensuring successful outcomes and sustainable ownership across business units and regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related discipline.
• 12+ years of project or program management experience with complex initiatives.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, dependencies, governance, and project information.
• Experience leading strategic, operational, technology, systems, finance, integration, or M&A initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated delivery of complex transformation initiatives from definition through implementation and closeout.
• Translate objectives into scope, milestones, resources, and an integrated delivery plan.
• Establish governance, decision rights, escalation paths, and reporting to sponsors and leaders.
• Identify and manage dependencies across workstreams and programs; coordinate with OCM for readiness and adoption.
• Monitor risks, readiness, and stabilization; develop cutover and transition plans.
• Capture lessons learned and strengthen project-management capability.
