Job summary

Tinker Federal Credit Union in Oklahoma is seeking a Senior Vice President of Organizational Change Management and Internal Communications. This role leads enterprise-wide change management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic internal communications to support priority initiatives.

Expect to guide governance, readiness, and adoption while partnering with executive leadership to foster engagement and effective execution across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, organizational development, or related field.
• Ten years of experience in organizational change management, internal or corporate communications, or enterprise transformation; three years in supervision.
• Experience applying change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter) at enterprise scale.
• Financial institution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic leadership for enterprise-wide change management, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications.
• Lead the change management capability and partner with executives to strengthen readiness and adoption of strategic initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to align, communicate, and engage employees across the organization.
