Job summary

Tinker Federal Credit Union's Digital Strategy department is seeking a Senior Vice President, Organizational Change Management and Internal Communications. This role leads enterprise-wide change management, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications to drive adoption of strategic priorities.

You will partner with executive leadership, build a center of excellence, coach sponsors, and measure adoption and readiness across the organization in a regulated financial institution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
• Ten years of experience in organizational change management, internal or corporate communications, or enterprise transformation, three in a supervisory/management role.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide change management, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications.
• Lead the organizational change management capability and partner with executives to strengthen readiness and adoption of strategic initiatives.
• Foster alignment, transparency, and employee engagement to support successful execution of strategic objectives.
