Qualifications

• 3+ years in supervisory or management roles.
• Extensive knowledge of product management, member experience strategy, and enterprise transformation.
• Strong communication and executive leadership for cross-functional teams.
• Thorough knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements for financial institutions.
