Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field required.
• 5+ years in a communications or public relations role.
• Experience with change management preferred.
• Public organization exposure beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead internal communications campaigns to boost engagement and culture.
• Develop internal comms strategy aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with HR, leadership, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Coordinate external communications with marketing and investor relations.
• Organize quarterly town halls and support merger/acquisition communications.
• Create intranet content, newsletters, announcements, and events.
• Develop training content and support corporate reporting.
• Analyze campaigns and manage communications budget.
