Qualifications

12+ years in communications/change management with 8+ years in people leadership.
Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders and driving cultural alignment.
Expertise in governance, quality, and accessibility of change management strategies.
Advanced understanding of metrics, tools, and technologies for communication.

Responsibilities

Define and lead communications and change strategies aligned with business priorities.
Advise executive leadership on communication and change management best practices and messaging.
Establish KPIs for communication and change effectiveness.
Lead enterprise-wide change and transformation communication initiatives.
Oversee communication governance, tools, and platforms.
Manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional communication teams.
Develop talent through coaching, mentoring, and stretch assignments to build leadership bench strength.
Champion a culture of continuous change readiness and support change initiatives.
