Job summary

RSM US LLP in Minneapolis seeks an Enterprise Change Manager to support delivery of our Enterprise Change Management strategy across priority initiatives, collaborating with sponsors, project teams, and leaders to drive adoption and sustainment.

The role emphasizes building relationships, guiding change efforts, and enabling enterprise visibility; compensation ranges are provided along with discretionary bonus opportunities, with a focus on growing enterprise change capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; business, organizational development, human resources, communications, technology, psychology, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience supporting or leading change management for organizational, technology, process, operating model, or transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to independently develop and execute change management plans for moderately to highly complex initiatives.
• Experience working with business leaders, project teams, managers, and employees across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Professional services, public accounting, consulting, or other complex matrixed organization experience preferred.
• Change management certification such as Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead change management activities for assigned enterprise and priority initiatives.
• Assess the scope, complexity, stakeholder impact, readiness, and change management needs of assigned initiatives and recommend an appropriate change approach.
• Develop and execute fit-for-purpose change management strategies and plans aligned with the Enterprise Change Management framework and tiered support model.
• Create and maintain change deliverables including stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, readiness assessments, communications plans, learning and enablement plans, sponsor activities, resistance management approaches, and adoption plans.
• Integrate change management activities with project, product, communications, learning, technology, and implementation plans.
• Monitor progress against change plans and adjust activities based on business needs, stakeholder feedback, readiness, and emerging risks.
