Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an Enterprise Change Manager to lead the firm’s change management strategy across priority initiatives, coordinating with sponsors, project teams, business leaders, and change practitioners to drive adoption and sustainment.

You will assess readiness, identify risks, and develop fit-for-purpose change plans while collaborating across lines of business to improve visibility and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum five years of experience supporting or leading change management.
• Experience developing and executing change management plans for complex initiatives.
• Ability to influence across organizational boundaries and work with varied stakeholders.
• Experience using data and analytics to inform change decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities for enterprise initiatives.
• Assess scope, readiness and impact, and tailor change approaches.
• Create and maintain change deliverables and adoption plans.
• Integrate change with project, technology and communications plans.
• Provide guidance to sponsors and business leaders on change leadership.
