Job summary

Zoom Contact Center is seeking a Contact Center Business Development Representative to own top-of-funnel outreach to enterprise accounts. You will engage with C-level and VP decision-makers, partnering with Account Executives to build targeted campaigns that drive pipeline.

In this hybrid role, you’ll leverage CCaaS knowledge, lead outbound prospecting (70+ daily activities), and collaborate with CX Specialists, Field Marketing, and ABM teams to grow Zoom’s enterprise business.

Qualifications

• Experience with contact center solutions (CCaaS) or customer experience tech.
• Excellent customer service skills and sales acumen.
• Ability to work with multiple teams (CX Specialists, Sales, Field Marketing, ABM, Geo BDRs).
• Proven track record in high-volume outbound prospecting and engaging C-level/VP executives.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and engage enterprise accounts benefiting from Zoom Contact Center.
• Executing 70+ outbound activities daily (calls, emails, video messages, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with CX Specialists, Field Marketing, ABM teams on targeted campaigns.
• Qualify opportunities via discovery calls and understand contact center needs.
• Develop account-specific messaging to engage C-level executives and VPs.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and contribute to enterprise pipeline growth.
• Track weekly/monthly performance and adjust strategies based on results.
