Job summary

Resonate, a leading AI-powered consumer data company, is hiring an outbound BDR to target enterprise accounts in the Washington, DC metro area, with remote-friendly conditions. You will own the early sales cycle and book meetings for Account Executives.

You must be a persistent, metrics-driven communicator who loves research, targeting, and crafting the right angle. Experience in outbound sales and SFDC is ideal; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales, BDR/SDR, or demand gen.
• Track record of hitting quota and a story about the quarter you blew past it.
• Comfort with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.
• Sharp listening skills; asks better questions, not just talks.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline through outbound - cold calls, personalized email, LinkedIn, account-based plays.
• Research target accounts and identify the decision-makers.
• Book qualified meetings with enterprise buyers and hand opportunities to AEs.
• Hit your number every month, then beat it.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to select target accounts and strategy.
• Provide field feedback to sharpen pitch and targeting.
