Job summary

MinIO is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive pipeline for the Enterprise segment. This remote role (US East) partners with Enterprise Account Executives to identify, engage, and advance opportunities across data infrastructure and AI storage.

You will leverage intent data, orchestrate targeted sequences, and convert open-source users to commercial customers. You will maintain CRM hygiene, provide feedback to sales/marketing, and contribute to industry-specific messaging and

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in BDR/SDR or similar inside sales role in B2B tech.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging IT leaders and engineers.
Self-directed with data-driven prospecting and research approach.

Responsibilities

Build and execute outbound sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn targeting enterprise accounts.
Qualify and respond to inbound MQLs from enterprise accounts within SLA.
Schedule and conduct qualified discovery meetings for Enterprise Account Executives.
Collaborate with Enterprise AEs and marketing to align outbound efforts with ABM plays and campaigns.
Maintain accurate qualification notes in CRM to ensure smooth AE handoffs.
